Built for performance, security, and scalability, the platform ensures that companies can manage their end-to-end business processes with efficiency and real-time visibility.

Objectives:

The primary goal of BizCore Suite was to consolidate fragmented business processes into a single, easy-to-use desktop application. By bridging ERP, CRM, and financial modules, the system aimed to:The project also sought to implement customizable modules, allowing businesses to tailor the system to their specific industry needs, with export-ready reports and audit trails for regulatory compliance.

  1. Improve organizational productivity by centralizing operations and automating routine workflows.
  2. Enhance customer relationship management through contact tracking, interaction history, and sales pipeline visibility.
  3. Provide robust financial oversight with integrated invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting capabilities.

Scope of Work:

BizCore Suite was developed as a full-featured desktop application covering the following key areas:

  • ERP Module: Inventory control, supplier/vendor management, procurement workflows, and internal logistics tracking.
  • CRM Module: Lead management, sales tracking, customer profiles, email follow-ups, and campaign performance monitoring.
  • Finance Module: General ledger, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and budgeting tools.
  • User Interface: A responsive and modular UI built with Electron and JavaScript (or alternative tech stack), supporting both online and offline usage.
  • Database & Security: Secure data handling through a relational database (e.g., PostgreSQL), with encrypted access and multi-user support.
  • Reporting Engine: Customizable reports for operations, financial summaries, customer insights, and performance KPIs.
