Objectives:

  1. To enhance real-time visibility into transportation and logistics operations through a centralized tracking system.
  2. To reduce delivery delays and optimize route planning using AI-driven analytics.
  3. To automate status updates and exception alerts, reducing manual overhead and communication lags.
  4. To provide a scalable and modular solution that can be integrated with existing ERP, CRM, and TMS systems.
  5. To improve customer satisfaction by offering precise ETAs and live shipment status updates.

Scope of Work:

The scope of the LogiTrack project includes the design, development, implementation, and support of a full-stack logistics tracking platform. Key deliverables include:

  • Platform Development: Building a web-based platform and mobile application for logistics managers, drivers, and customers to interact with shipment data in real time.
  • GPS & IoT Integration: Integrating GPS hardware and IoT sensors with the platform for real-time location and condition tracking of assets.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Developing AI/ML modules to analyze routing patterns, predict delays, and generate actionable reports.
  • Alert System: Implementing customizable alerts for delays, route deviations, temperature breaches (for perishables), and maintenance schedules.
