Scope of Work:

The scope of the LogiTrack project includes the design, development, implementation, and support of a full-stack logistics tracking platform. Key deliverables include:

Platform Development: Building a web-based platform and mobile application for logistics managers, drivers, and customers to interact with shipment data in real time.
GPS & IoT Integration: Integrating GPS hardware and IoT sensors with the platform for real-time location and condition tracking of assets.
Data Analytics & Reporting: Developing AI/ML modules to analyze routing patterns, predict delays, and generate actionable reports.
Alert System: Implementing customizable alerts for delays, route deviations, temperature breaches (for perishables), and maintenance schedules.
